No, there is one unforgivable sin, the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, which means your rejection of the conviction of the Holy Spirit, which means you deny Christ and His sacrifice.
All other sins named and unnamed in the Bible have the capacity to be forgiven and forgotten by God, but only if you accept His son.

In what context do you mean God forgives all sin?

Exodus 23:7 Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.

Mark 3:28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: 29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.
30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.

Blaspheming the Holy Spirit is denying him. If a person dies denying God then they have committed the unforgivable sin. It's the sin of unbelief, which in the case of the people in this verse manifested in attributing to the devil the works of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 2:4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

Luke 17:3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

Yes. All you have to do is ask for forgiveness. But God knows if you're serious or not so you have to mean it.

Edit...Wow I didnt know about the Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit not being forgiveable.

The only unforgivable sin is in Matthew 12-32. Only those who have hardened their hearts, because they will never ever ask for forgiveness. If you ask & repent you will be forgiven.

You're forgiven for all sins. Except for saying bad things about the Holy Spirit. You're damned for all eternity for saying naughty things about the Blessed Ghost. Other than that, I'm sure God'll understand.

it says that blaspheming the holy spirit is an unpardonable sin, so no, the bible does not say all sins are forgiven. At least not in context of that passage.

NO i don't know about bible coz i m MUSLIM but as far as i hv read from my religion is.... God forgives all sin but it doesn't mean that we will continuously do the sin and He will forgive us coz He already has given us some commands and laws to follow so we hv to obey His laws and commands.
