k theres this guy i no, and he always looks at me.. (i can c thru the corner of my eye) but yeah, and he always pokes his tongue out at me, and jokingly says,,, i love u.. blah blah and cals me honey and stuff. But wenever theres a hot girl somewhere he makes sure I hear him comment about her like when he tells me that 'that girls hot' he expects me to react or sumfin.. am i supposed to be jelous or somthing?? whats the deal ?

I think he may be testing your reaction to see if you like him. If you appear jealous or annoyed when he tells you another girl is pretty, then he will know (or at least feel like) you like him. If he concludes that you are jealous and you do like him, then he may muster up the courage to ask you out!

Your situation is very usual and I do not mean to make any joke toward it, so please allow me to accept it as I read it. First, you should be honor that he sees something in you. He is cautiously appealing to you without losing your friendship. What I mean is he don't want to lose you, and at the same time he expresses his bi-sexual desire as well.
It would deeply hurt him if you become enrage of his flirting toward you, because he values being with you, and to him it is very important. He is also taking a very wild chance of holding two desires at the same time.
If a man shows affection toward another man who is not guy, it is a honor that he sees appealing aspect of him. It doesn't signified that the person have to go to bed with him, but only to be appreciated even from a person of the same sex.
If its hurting or effecting or upsetting you, you should comfort him in most delicate respectful manner and address you concern. If you are curious do the same, comfort hm respectfully. As for the jealous situation it will be resolve if you speak with him. I think you were very smart to ask for someone in put before over reacting. It shows the total intelligence in you.

He sounds like he needs to grow up, but it also sounds like you kinda like him. Or at least you keep an eye on him a lot to notice that he always looks at you. Call him out on it, if you really want the answer to this question the only place you can get the real answer is from him so just ask.

he is teasing you...and it seems he thinks you really like him ... probably he is overconfident about himself...
well if you donot have any special feelings for him then you can always tease him back by reacting or ignore him if he gets on your nerve...
but if you like him , well he is leading you and it is upto you if u wanna follow him or not...
