Your body has absolutely no requirement for drinking milk.

There are only two reasons which I've found to support humans drinking cow's milk. We have grown up hearing that it's good for us and we've grown accustomed to the taste and texture. Otherwise there is absolutely no nutrition that can not be obtained elsewhere, minus the negatives. Calcium seems to be the major claim for milk. It can be found elsewhere in green vegetables, almonds, and many other sources. Why we continue to drink cow's milk laced with growth hormones, antibiotics, and who knows what else is beyond me.

Since I've given up drinking milk about 5 years ago my health has greatly improved. Fewer allergy problems, asthma and breathing problems greatly reduced, I'm sleeping better, and I have more energy.

Do some research online and decide for yourself.

Drinking milk above you age group?
I don't think there are any federal laws to prohibit this blatant disregard for what is appropriate. But you should stop it at once. You should only be drink milk that that is suited to your age.
How do the cows make this special milk anyway do they only eat old Grass? Do they add extra nutrients to the soil or something?

What milk, or milk product could possibly be reserved for a person 19 years old, or older? Drink up and enjoy it. You might, however, want to change to goat's milk since it is easier to digest, and won't taste or look much different.

Hi! the only milk you should have been drinking is breast milk from your mother.Once you are old enough to stop it,you no longer need milk.Cow milk is for baby cows not people. It's all about marketing to sell crap that people don't need.

Don't drink milk! Trust me I used to work at a dairy and that's why I don't give my daughter milk anymore.
