awhile back i downloaded the full software of print artist 7 ive checked everywhere cant get it anymore i guess anyone know where to get a simular program free

Try the link below, which has lots of free graphics software. You also might try looking on eBay for an older version of some decent software package. For example, you might find an older version of Photoshop Elements for $10 or so.
