i been dating a female for nine months and i always get kisses on the cheek from her,I tried to kiss her on the lips and she got kind of mad,and ask me why i did that she told me when she is ready i will know ,what do you think

I don't think she wants anything more to do with you but just dating I guess. Have you been spending money on her?You should stop. Nine months and not even a kiss, obviously shes not interested, so don't be a sucker okay?

If she won't even kiss you properly after nine months, it's time to move on. Either there's no chemistry, or she's severely damaged.
