Generally, the Bible doesn't mention lesbianism. If I remember correctly, it only mentions it once and even then it doesn't condemn lesbians outright.
This is because the Bible was written by complete misogynists whom didn't understand the concept of reproduction. Male seed was considered to be the only thing that was required to create life, so it was considered sacred.
Male on male sex is considered to be the equivalent of spilling seed, and was therefore frowned upon.
Women... well, no one cared about them, back then...

Without reading any other answers, I'm guessing the Christians will "come down" on both male homosexuality as well as lesbianism. Because the Bible says so, and we know if the Bible says so, it must be true, because the Bible is the inspired word of God and it says so, therefore it must be true because it is in the Bible and the Bible is true. and we know the Bible is true because it says it in the Bible.

male-male relationships means two men don't have sex with women, filling them with future farmers/soldiers.
Women, no matter what they do in their free time, are still owned by their husbands, so no harm done.
in biblical times, tribe size was everything.
