Is there a Mac OSX application that gives the windows full borders like in Windows?

The edges of the window in Mac OSX are marked by shadows. Is there a program or hack that separates the other windows with a thick border on all sides?

I don't know about the thick border option but you can remove the shadows with ShadowKiller. Link below.
