I don't know what type of beef or pork you have in the can...but if it's slices or chunks you can do this with either one.

Go to the grocery store in the freezer section and select one of those bags of stir fry veggies.

make sure there are onions included if not buy one in the produce dept. also get a head of garlic.

Get a deep cooking pot with a lid and boil 2 cups of water and add 1 cup of rice let cook a couple minutes boiling. Turn off the heat and let it sit on the burner. Then put the lid on tight and never raise it until 25 minutes have passed. Fluff with a fork after the time is up.

The peppers and stir fry veggies and onions in the bag are already cut in strips..so all you have to do is put oil in a pan to coat the pan and then add the veggies. Stir fry until soft and then open the can of meat you selected and add it to the pan. Chop the garlic fine one or two cloves of the garlic head..not the whole thing...lol....and add this also. If you have soy sauce add a few dashes of it go easy it's salty. when the rice is done and the veggies and meat are ready serve them together on a plate with those chow mein noodles if you like or add some chopped cashew nuts....be creative

I almost forgot..you mentioned the juices are in the can...take the can juices and one cup of ice water add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch powder( you buy where they sell flour and sugar)....and add this cornstarch to the water and stir until it's all dissolved ...this is a thickener for the sauce that forms it makes a gravy you don't want it too thick so you might need to add more water....but a cup is a good beginning to pour over the meat and veggies...

Make a dish of fruit for dessert and you have it made!
I like canned pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges...

I havent tried any canned meat that I like, but there are lots of
great chunky soups out like Progresso Beef and Barley and
of course, Chicken Noodle soup and a Roasted beef with potatoes. Delicious satisfying meals with only 200 approx calories in a 19 oz can. You can just add the canned meat that
you have to anything else that you like.

Both are good for soups or stews. Add potatoes and veggies any of your favorite pasta or rice.
