Do you need to be a skilled marksman with strong arms, or can anyone do it?

It's not the kind of thing you really need stellar aim for, you just need to be able to judge distances. As far as how you fire one, there are many, many kinds, so a detailed instruction on each one would be kind of impractical here. Basically you extend the cylinder (if it has an extendable cylinder) place it on your shoulder, disengage any safeties, brace yourself, aim and fire.

Ha! Obviously anyone can do it, haven't you been watching them shoot the shi* out of our troops. They're not inherently accurate but with a kill zone of 2 meters and an injury zone of 8 they don't have to be.

anyone can fire it. a marksman can hit things with it. like any other gun.
