When I tried the DVD player in a different television, it is colored. then I tried the TV in a different DVD player, it is still colored. What will I do? please answer my question.

You might check that the VIDEO IN cord is plugged in tightly, sometimes if it's not the color will sway.

Looks like the TV works OK with other players and the DVD works OK with other TVs!
You don't specify what connection you use: Composite, S-Video, Component?

Try with composite (yellow cable). That is the "worst" signal, but it should work to check your DVD player setup. Make sure the DVD player is not in progressive out mode, since your TV may not support it.

Make sure that only one video output is connected out of the player.
