Anything fake or just for show. If I think its a line or something fake its a total turn off. Once my old room mate in Indianapolis let a girl into my house while I was asleep in my bed, actually his girlfriend did. But she climbed on top of me and said something to the effect of "just give me tonight" It was so fake and cheesey I couldn't help but to break out in laughter. Plus she knew I had a girl at the time and just wouldn't take no for an answer, she was beautiful but she was being fake trying to get what she wanted. She was shown the door and nothing more.

There's LOTS of things that a girl can say or do on a date that would turn me off. Answering or using her cell phone is one.
As far as in bed; using another man's name, just lying there like a dead fish and not reacting or doing anything herself, having the attitude that she's not enjoying it at all, not letting me know how I can please her, negative comments about the size of my manhood (I don't say anything negative about their boobs or butts), not being able to laugh in bed and not being open about communication are major turn-offs for me in bed.

On a date if she drops the "F" bombs alot. I cant stand a girl that cusses.
In the bed there's not a whole lot that I can think of. Maybe belch?
