Only 20% of Americans have a positive view of Islam. So quit being a hyppocrite by saying Muslims wouldn't have a Christian president; they wouldn;t vote for a Muslim in America either! So much for the freedom crap.

Turn your question around, has the U.S. ever had a Muslim president? How about any president that wasn't Christian? Hell, when Kennedy was elected, it was controversial because he was Catholic. Our nation isn't that open and accepting, we just might be more so than others.
Furthermore, a leader/president is supposed to represent the people, so perhaps it only makes since that the U.S. has Christian presidents, and that Muslim nations have Muslim leaders.

LOL--they're unlikely to have a Muslim president because they're Muslims, not because they're afraid. It's the same reason the USA is unlikely to have a Muslim president anytime soon. Actually... every president but one in our free USA hasn't just been Christian, but has been *Protestant* Christian... does that mean they're afraid of the Catholics as well as the Muslims, Jews, and Atheists?
I didn't think so.

Would America have a Muslim president? Very doubtful. Heck there was a big deal about a guy swearing in on the Qu'ran.

Well Muslims and Christians tend to have different social norms.... so a Muslim nation would be more inclined to vote for someone that follows their norms.

No, not the Castro - I lived on Telegraph Hill, a MUCH better address, if I do say so myself.
BTW, if I were you I'd stay out of the Castro on Halloween - it could be seriously injurious to your health!
All for now - ta-ta.
