It could be quite a few things. I would suggest a doctor and ask for x-ray & if they don't see anything like a build up on that or lack of a gap an mri to check for soft tissue damage like torn cartilige. There are exercises that she can do to stregnthen the muscles around her knee that can help to support it, and maybe not hurt quite so much. I was very active in sports when I was younger, and have done a lot of damage to my knee as well. Just keep trying there is an answer some where. She might want to try ice for 20 minutes before she does any sports, and perhaps some heat on it for 20 minutes before she goes to bed to help relax the muscles.

I had a similar problem when I was her age. I had developed calcium deposits on the underside of my knee cap. They stuck out like little stagmites. When I played volleycall, those deposits would irritate the muscles, causing pain that was relieved with rest and popping my knee. The doctor finally identified them when they took an ex ray of my bended knee at an angle, so that they could see the underside of the kneecap.

Good luck!! Hope that helps!

it could be arthritis, there are several causes of arthritis. which may be her heart. rheumatic heart disease cause joint pain. some tests may need to be ran to find out if your baby sis has RHD. or it could be an infection. she may have had a wound there before and a pathogen got through which is causing the knee pain. if pain had been this long, she may need to go get an xray or much better a CT scan or best an MRI of her knee and some tests for her heart. God bless. Hope I have helped.

circulate to the wellbeing practitioner and get an x-ray. supply up taking part in soccer till you get this appeared at. you do not decide to completely injure your knee. do not take a threat and on no account walk lower back. soccer isn't properly worth it.
