It's human nature to be judgemental. What you're saying is that people judge and then basically persecute a person for their actions. THAT is against the bible. No one is without sin so basically anyone that says "this is wrong, you're going to hell" is someone you should run away from. Only God knows if that person will go to hell or not. Another human can say it or think it all they want, it doesn't make it true.

By the way, I believe in God and I don't think homosexuality is a sin. That is something God and that person will deal with when the time comes. I've met more gay people who are better people than some bible thumping straight people. Ever notice how the preacher men are the ones doing the worst things? Now those people will be judged harshly. I'm just sayin'...lol

"If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her." We are not supposed to judge, but ministering the Word of God is not judging, it is simply telling people what God says. However we as humans have a "sin nature" that is built into to us, so it is easy for anyone to give into that weakness, and start using the Bible to judge people. The bible says that ALL fall short of the glory of God, not some, ALL. Christians are not immune to sin, we just recognize that we do sin, and because we see that, we understand that we need Jesus as our savior. We can't "earn" our way into to heavan. There is only one way, and that is through Jesus. He took the fall for us. How great of a gift is that.
God bless

I defend my religion (Lutheran) because I think it's the most accurate. BUT, I feel there will be people of many faiths in Heaven. Lutheran's, by no means, have a corner market. Judgmental? Maybe. I don't know if it's so much judgment but more like knowing right from wrong. Maybe a person convicted of grand theft would feel that others were being judgmental for calling him a thief. Would people be wrong in doing so? Would it be wrong to call a serial killer a murderer? I think it's kind of like "if the shoe fits, wear it" A person can be forgiven for their sins but repentance comes first. Admit the wrong and turn from it.l

There are verses in the Bible that tell us that we are not to walk with the evil. Also it teaches that homosexuality is sodomy. It is not us judging, it is God judging. I am a born again Christian and I do not except evil doings that go against what God teaches us as being sin. I think the best one to take this up with would be God. Pray and tell Him what you think of what He wrote and see what kind of answers you get.

I DO NOT HAVE TO DEFEND WHAT GOD HAS WRITTEN IT IS AGAINST HIS WILL AND THERE ARE AT LEAST 77 PLACES IN THE BIBLE THAT SAY THIS ACTION IS WRONG IT IS NOT A MATTER OF JUDGMENT IT IS WRITTEN FOR ALL TO SEE AND LEARN GOD CREATED MAN AND THEN WOMAN THAT IS THE NATURAL WAY FOR IT TO BE ANY OTHER WAY IS WRONG AND A SIN THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD A PERSON HAS TO FIND THE RIGHT RELIGION AND JESUS SAID 'ON THIS ROCK I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH' WHICH IS THE CHURCH OF CHRIST BUT ONE HAS TO FIND THE RIGHT ONE THERE ALSO IF A CHURCH OR A PERSON CANNOT GIVE YOU SCRIPTURE AND VERSE FROM THE BIBLE THEN IT IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE

I am a Christian and I am constantly reminding other Christians that only God can pass judgement and he states you should only judge yourself. If you judge others you are distracted from your own sins. I don't care what sexuality you are and I don't care what you chose to believe... if you live a good life and respect others than that is all I ask of anyone and God himself will use that as his basis for judgement in the end.

Read Romans chapter 1.Some things have already been judged.
Christians are to warn the sinner of the wicked ways.
If you are so blessed to have a Christian praying for you, you should be thankful.
God does not hate homosexuals but he hates the act.I have a couple of homosexual neighbors.I am alway nice to them as they are to me.They know I am a christian. If they ask I will show them the Bible.
Don't ask if you don't want the truth.
I will not lie ,to make you feel good.
I pray for many people that are not christian. Some family.I love them, but They will go to hell if they do not get saved. They know the truth.<><

Those who are judgemental too often regard themselves as an authority on everything and everyone but themselves. They scorn you and they hate you, and they pray to God to be on their side in their war against those they oppress...
ON THE FLIP-SIDE...
"Do you believe in god...?" The key word here is "believe". We have the option not to believe. And those that choose as such should be exempt from "The Laws Of God". If you are not a part of one's belief, they need to respect that as much as they expect their religion to be respected...

They think they can speak for God. If God existed, I wonder how he'd feel about that......

By the way, they're wrong about their scripture. They just HATE to hear that, but they are.

The passages in Leviticus (18:22 and 20:13) are both misunderstood and not binding to modern day Christians. Sodom and Gomorrah was an admonishment against rape and inhospitality, not homosexuality. 1 Corinthians 6:9, 1 Timothy 1:9-10 AND Romans 1:26-27 are misunderstood due to misinterpretations.
