blood is blood no matter where it is from in your body, some people drink menstrual blood for many reason, i don't think it will keep you young just may add more iron to your diet

That is just gross! How old are you anyway to believe such dribble? Witches don't live forever, we just keep coming back life after life! I think you are confusing witches with the fables of vampires! Vampires do exist but not like the stories. Try doing a little research on just what witchcraft (and Wicca) really is and stop believing some of the crap that you are being fed!
