Everybody falls off at one time or another. Whether they decide to sell cocaine, smoke crack, drink, gamble, sleep around, take up a new hobby, whatever it is, people change. I don't think that you should feel any way in particular. I would be sad that such a good guy turned to an unwanted way of life, but honestly, what can you do about it? People make choices and there is nothing that you can do about it. Just keep him in your thoughts and whatever you do... Don't support his cocaine-sales-associate position!!! LoL

I'd feel bummed out, and kind of sorry for him. It's terrible when awesome childhood memories are smashed, like watching a movie you used to love only to realize how cheesy it is. I'm not trying to compare it to something as trivial as that, I'm just saying it really sucks.

Been there done that, I had a role model, who I thought was the best person on earth when I was a younger. Now he is just a bum, who snorts all his money up his nose. I will always respect him for the man he was though... "sigh"

I'd look to help the guy out of that lifestyle and back into a legitimate one.
One good turn deserves another.

My opinion is that you should try it and evaluate your experience. I am not advocating cocaine usage. As Robin Williams said, generally: "Oh boy, Coke! Something that makes me horny and impotent -- that's for me. (He was being sarcastic.)

Well I can see that you were hurt by this but you have no control over it. Let it go and be glad you are not in his shoes.
