There are some cats that are naturally very vocal, especially if they're the only cat in the household. Sometimes this behavior can be trained out of them, sometimes it could be fixed by getting them a friend (but then you risk the chance of getting a second vocal cat and having them BOTH meow constantly), sometimes it goes away over time, sometimes it gets worse, and sometimes it just stays forever out of habit. With any luck, the cat is just in a season and will stop, or perhaps is just looking for more attention, which shouldn't be hard to remedy.
If you don't love your cat enough to deal with it's constant vocalizations, it would be best to give it to someone who will genuinely love the cat, no matter how annoying it may be. Maybe you can find someone who WANTS a talkative cat.. a lonely person who'll talk back, heh.
But I digress, if you can't handle it, first try and find out the cause, try some solutions, and if still nothing works.. try catnip :D
Just kidding, if all else fails, find her a home with a lonely person who thinks they're an animal psychic :D Good luck.

Hi Timmy--1st, how old are you? If your cat is meowing all the time and this is something new or different for this cat then, your Mom's gonna have to take it to the vet to have it checked out.
You did not say if this is a boy or girl cat.

You know I use to have a cat that did that and it drove me nuts. I finally had to find another home for it. The people still have the cat and it finally quit after it got older. So I would say if you can't stand it, get rid of it. Do you give it alot of attention. Play with it? If you don't have time to work with the cat then the best thing would be to get rid of it before it drives you insane.

Meow back at it. Cats don't meow at other cats. They meow at people. This cat is trying to tell you something..."Feed me!" "Pet me!" "Love me!" "Give me attention!" If this cat is an unspayed female, she's calling for a mate. The solution to that is to get her spayed obviously.

Have her spayed, she's in heat. You ever see the episode of South Park where Eric Cartman's cat is horny? It's a pretty accurate picture of what it's like to live with a cat that's in heat.

Well it obviously wants SOMETHING from you. Either that or it really is in heat. Sometimes it means they're hurt somewhere, they're in pain or begging attention from you. Friendly cats crave attention especially from their owners.

Check and see if it has food and water. If it goes out to go to the bathroom, it may wanna go. If all else fails, pick kitty up and snuggle with it.

I heard you can get their voice boxes removed. Seriously, I don't know the scientific terms, but you can mute your cat. I didn't do it or anything, but I know it can be done if you have $$$.

She (or he) is just talking to you.
Look it at it the eye's, give it a pat and then just ignore it.
Or, it might be hungry! Feed it!
