Hi Tatou,
I don't believe you need to see a psychic, but if you feel you must then go ahead. What I believe you are dealing with right now is the stress that you put in the back of your mind regarding the birth of your child back three months ago. The c-section, the risks that were involved, all brought the thought of death into your mind, but you chose not to deal with those thoughts until recently. Now you have a wonderful child and that also brings worries as to what would happen to my son if something happened to me.
Those feelings will fade in time. When you do happen to think of death, try to shift your thoughts to something else and concentrate on the beauty of life. Thinking positive thoughts counteracts negative ones and will help. Remember if you keep thinking something bad will happen then you put that energy out there, so keep your chin up and a smile on your face. You have a lot to be thankful for :)
Congratulations to you on the birth of your son!

I've been very afraid of death since I was a child, so I know where your head is at. I wouldn't see a psychic, though. I do see a therapist, and do discuss this fear quite often.
I have a problem with psychics--as I've heard that even the most famous ones are not really psychic.

Did a close friend or relative of yours die recently? If so, questioning your own mortality after an event like this is normal. I found myself asking myself these same questions soon after my grandmother died. However, after 6 months most of the grieving should start to subside but you may need to talk to a therapist if it was over a year ago.

I don't know about a psychic, but a psychiatrist would be a good idea. It sounds like you are suffering from severe post partum depression. A psychiatrist can prescribe antidepressants to help, as well as help you work out your issues.

It sounds like you are experiencing "intrusive thoughts" which are a symtom of Postpartum Depression. You should go see a doctor, as this usually doesn't go away on it's own.

Maybe instead of seeing a psychic you should see a therapist... It seams like you have got a lot on your plate.

you may be depressed and need medication. or you may be trying too hard. by constantly trying not to think about it you are constantly thinking about it. take it easy on yourself. lighten up. don't take everything so seriously. and see psychologist if you have any doubts. any doubts. got it?
