A pizza place is a restaurant and you know it.

Stores sell things but not cooked food. . .altho some supermarkets do. . .

A friend of mine opened a laundrymat and had some space left over. So he put in a pizza place with beer. It was an excellent way to do your laundry and he actually got quite a business going.
That won't work in scategories either.

Well only if the pizza place sold items for making pizza as well. Like extra Parmesan cheese bottles or hot pepper flakes bottles, or even their paraphernalia with logos. But if not, then its not a store.
