My reading of this "Creatinine" was 141. I'll heard there is no medicine in bringing down the level, just by diet. How true ?

A normal (usual) value is 0.8 to 1.4 mg/dl (70.4 to 123.2 umol/l). Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories.
Females have a lower creatinine than males, because they have less muscle mass.
Note: mg/dl = milligrams per deciliter. (MedlinePlus)
Interpretation
In the United States, creatinine is typically reported in 0.7 - 1.5 mg/dL, while in Canada and Europe μmol/litre may be used. 1 mg/dL of creatinine is 88.4 μmol/l.
The typical reference range for women is considered 0.5 to 1.0 mg/dL (about 45-90 μmol/l), for men 0.7 to 1.2 mg/dL (60-110 μmol/l). While a baseline serum creatinine of 2.0 mg/dL (150 μmol/l) may indicate normal kidney function in a male body builder, a serum creatinine of 0.7 mg/dL (60 μmol/l) can indicate significant renal disease in a frail old woman. More important than absolute creatinine level is the trend of serum creatinine levels over time. A rising creatinine level indicates kidney damage, while a declining creatinine level indicates improving kidney function. (Wikipedia). Consult your doctor.

I wish I knew. I am Canadian so my blood sugar measurement is different. My blood sugar today was 26. I have had a headache for the past 5 days. It feels like my head is on fire on the left side. I have very good blood pressure. My sister in law tells me to drink as much water as I can stand and then have more. Of course ,,,,,,,,,do the proper diet. If your sugar is very high do not exercise strenuously until it lowers to a safe level. . You are thirsty because of the high blood levels. If you keep this up , you can go into renal failure, and that means dialysis. So looks like a wake up call for me and for you........we cannot keep this up forever. It is hard to bring a diabetic out of a coma and then damage can result. I often wonder why I just cannot seem to get a handle on my diabetes. I am on all the medications I can take , then the next step is insulin. I have to work alone so am afraid of insulin, I cannot afford the insulin pump. I AM MY OWN WORST ENEMY. !!

Your BUN and Creatinine are kidney function levels. You need to flush your kidneys, more water, less toxin related drinks and foods. Try WebMD to answer some of your questions. (some medicines are processed in the kidneys such as the contrast dye they use for CT scans and can't give it to you at that level...) but a normal creatinine is around 1.4, so I'm not sure how yours got that high without you having signs and symptoms.

A normal (usual) value is 0.8 to 1.4 mg/dl.

Higher-than-normal levels may indicate:

Acute tubular necrosis
Dehydration
Diabetic nephropathy
Eclampsia (a condition of pregnancy that includes seizures)
Glomerulonephritis
Muscular dystrophy
Pre-eclampsia (pregnancy-induced hypertension)
Pyelonephritis
Reduced renal blood flow (shock, congestive heart failure)
Renal failure
Rhabdomyolysis
Urinary tract obstruction

Woman have lower levels than men, especially when they are pregnant.

if you get your blood sugar under control it will help also if you are taking a lot of painkillers, that will raise the level, i had to stop taking my arthritus meds to get my level down, now i just have to live with the pain.
