I am looking for an African Grey Parrot - young - that has been handraised.

they have them at the pet stores here....theyre not very pricey

I love my African Grey. I wish I could tell you of a breeder in your area. The breeder I purchased my Grey from, had a brother who owned a Pet Store. Either way, I would be surprised if you could get a chick for less than $1000.
Do you have any knowledge of Greys and how they behave? Many people buy a bird before they know what they are getting into. After a while, they are unhappy, the bird is unhappy and the bird ends up the victim of neglect, mistreatment, malnourishment, etc. It's a sad thought.

My brother had one of those, crazy lil bugger... All the same he got it from a shop in the city of Orange, In Orange County California located on Chapman Ave... Sorry cant remember the name but the operator or a search using the local search on yahoo will probable get u there.... I believe they specialized in very exotic hand raised birds... Hope this helps...

They should run you around $900.00. Google your city and state for African Grey breeders.
