As a foot fungal fix, it would be good forever.
As a gasoline additive, the same.
As a hair tonic, or aftershave, perhaps five years.
As a gargle, I'd say add some garlic cloves and let it sit for a few weeks before using.
As a drink, I'd scrape off the crusty parts, first, and mix it with something to disguise the taste.
As a Vampire or Shrink Repellent, soak garlic bulbs on a string in it, then wear that constantly around your neck.
As a shoe varnish, forever!
As an embalming agent, it works well with Vampires and their likes, but do you have enough for that?
As a Molotov Cocktail, I'd sure add some gas, first!
In any case, add a green olive or two... And some Vermouth.

Forever, but it wouldn't last that long around here, what with the possibility of some crawfish, lemon butter, garlic toast, and caesar salad waiting for its arrival at dinner. I can certainly see to it that the vodka has some company over at dinner.

I'd drink it...if it does nothing for you, it fizzled...I don't expect that it would hurt you any more now than it would when it was first opened...but I can't even imagine finding a half empty/full bottle anywhere in my house...that's alcohol abuse...hehe.

It's probably still good, if the cap was on tight. Next time put it in the freezer to help keep it fresh.

I suspect it's fine; there's not much that can grow in alcohol, after all, especially if it was properly sealed.
