I need to send a certified copy of my birht certificate overseas. I have my original. Where or how do I make my original certified copy???

The first birth certificate is called the original.
You have photocopies made of your birth certificate and
go see a Notary public who will examine your original and
stamp and sign the photocopies...so you then can send the
photocopy overseas. Then return your original to a safe place.

Go to the police station or Member of Parliament's office - someone their can sign your papers. Basically it is a signature of a person in certain positions that is required. Oh and photocopy the cert, take the original with you as proof.

You cant make it. You need to send away for it from the state in which you were born. It is considered certified when the seal of that state is on it, making it official
