ive been in a long distance relationship for more than a year now.im just waiting to finish my studies in order to petition my bf... but thats not the prob.i have this friend whom im always with..and in our group,it seems like im the only one whos bf is not here to kiss me and hug me in front of them..im so out of place whenever im with them...so what smart thing can i do to avoid being out of place? its irritating sometimes..thank u!

My advice is to stick it out. I know that it's hard, and that you feel out of place. But you say you've been with your boyfriend for over a year, so your best bet would be to just do whatever you have to do to deal with it, and then go be with your boyfriend when the time is right. If he's a good guy, then he'll make up for lost time.

You aren't really out of place. You're just feeling out of place, and most likely you're lonely and missing him. What you can do is be confident in yourself. I'll bet your guy would love to be with you if he could, but you really don't need him there to find your self confidence. You and he will be together when the time is right.
