He doesn't have a man's physical body. I just take His word for it; He calls Himself our "Father."

The G-d of Abraham isn't a man. There are various terms in the Hebrew Scriptures used to refer to G-d. Some are male, others are female, and at least one is plural. The term "he" is used as a comfortable pronoun. I think this is because it's easier for humans to relate to than "it."
Numbers 23:19: G-d is not a man, else he would lie. neither is G-d a son of man, else he would change his mind.
Hosea 11:9 "For I am G-d and not a man, the Holy One among you."
Job 9:32 "For He is not a man, like I am, that I should answer Him, and we should come togeth in judgment."
1 Sam. 15:29 "And also the Eternal One of Israel will not lie nor change His mind; for He is not a man, that He should change His mind."
Plus keep in mind Malachi 3:6 "For I am the L-rd, I do not change."

God is pure awareness not male nor female. The fall of man is the separation of the ONE into two, male & female. After that, the other pairs of opposites followed, good, bad, up, down etc. These are just words & words are not the truth. To know the truth you must "divine being" {go within}.

God is god, devine creator, It's good to keep an open mind though since, God is pretty much everything since he created everything. I just use he because you can't really define god in a word because, that would probably piss him off, but I'm not perfect and I have to try something to define something I can't understand. It makes us smarter to try to figure stuff out, progress the species and live happier. Can't be as smart as God though because God gave me smarts to begin with. I think God probably does have male parts but they are different than male parts because all parts are made up of smaller parts which are made up of really small parts which is basically electricity which is basically light. So I guess we are all made up of really small pieces of light that we can never really understand, but we can try but it won't be as good as God because God made it all and we are just here because of it.
So in Summary. God does have male parts, because all parts are made up of the same thing but just put together differently. I guess.

Jesus Christ, who is constantly referred to with masculine titles, nouns, and pronouns, took a male form while He walked on the earth. The prophets of the Old Testament and the Apostles of the New Testament refer to both God and Jesus Christ with masculine names and titles. God chose to be revealed in this form in order for man to more easily grasp who God is. To assert that God chose a female form to be revealed to man is not consistent with the pattern established by Scripture. Again, had God chosen a feminine form, there would be more evidence in Scripture of that. That evidence simply does not exist. While God makes allowances in order to help mankind understand Him, it is important to not try to “force God into a box,” so to speak, by placing limitations on Him that are not appropriate to the nature of who He is.

In the original Hebrew manuscripts "Yahweh" was the masculine, but there was a feminine as well "Shekinah".
Modern Christianity could not cope with a male-female concept so Shekinah became the genderless "Holy Spirit"....

That is a very good question! :) Jesus said in, John 10:30, I and my Father are one. Jesus was a he with all respects (except that he never gave into sin).
In Genesis 1:26, God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:
I could go on, but Jesus is God and Jesus is male and God made us in his image. There are many verses that speak of God's hands, his back, his feet and so on.
Joh 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
Deu 31:18 And I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evils which they shall have wrought, in that they are turned unto other gods.
Exo 6:6 Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:
Mat 22:44 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?
