i think that if I only eat like 200 Calories a day and work out for about 30mins day, ill loose alot of weight. because ill be loosing the 200 Calories and be buring off more fat. i know its not healthy but my mind is set like this. Advice? please? thank you.

eating 200 calories a day isn't even close to enough you are like slowly killing yourself believe it or not. Go to www.sparkpeople.com and sign up it will tell you how much you should weight, how many calories to eat, even meals if you want or make your own. Plus there is support groups and people to support you in your goals. Plus there is experts to talk too if you troubled with something. Best of Luck.

omg! only 200 calories! Are you serious!? That's not a lot of food. You're supposed o eat over 1000 calories every day. Exercising is important, but don't over exercise. I think you should slowly increase your calories each day. Find healthy foods that have more calories, and eat a cookie or something every day, so you get a little more caloriesin your diet. You really should eat more food/calories, and keep exercising. I hope you find a healthy regime. good luck!

This is extremely unhealthy. Even if you stayed in bed all day your body still needs 1,000+ calories a day to function: for your heart to pump blood, your lungs to draw in air, etc.

You won't be able to do this very long, and you'll end up more miserable. If you want to lose weight, pick a way that will let you be successful.

You'll be starving your body and it will rebel. Shoot for atleast 1200 cals on a lightly active day 1400 on a moderately active day and 1600 on a high activity day. What do you have a glass of lime juice, a day?
If you think the ratio of your calorie intake to the calories burnt is high, increase it to maybe 2 glasses of lime juice a day and 15 mins of exercises.
Be careful, your diet may lead to severe acidity
You better go see a dietician or perhaps a shrink.

I DO'NT KNOW WHAT TYPE OF WORK U R DOING. DO'NT CALCULATE HOW MUCH CALORIES U R GETTING WHILE U R TAKING FOOD. DO UR REGULAR WORK WITH EXERCISE LISTEN MUSIC KEEP UR MIND FREE. DO'NT TAKE ANY TENSION ABOUT THIS MATTER. TAKE HEALTHY FOOD AND AVOID FAT FROM UR DIAT.

i think u should spend at least 40minutes to exercise.on the other hand,u should eat the 7 meals in right quantities.

do not do like this otherwise anorexia nervosa disease will occur. resrict small amt of calories. eat lot of roughage. do lot of exercise.

as long as you are not hurting yourself, where you can feel that you are and still pushing, it's fine. the only way to loose weight is to exercise more than you consume.
