Actually Truth & God cant be separated. There cant exist something called "False God(s)". So atleast Muslims believe God is True, One, the All-mighty, the All -powerful, Omni-potent. Muslims believe that Jesus(peace be upon him) is also a true Messenger of the True God. Let us apply today's science to prove if God needs a son or anything else from us. Do u know what is the size of a Virus. 1 part in 3 X 10 power -30 metre. Can u imagine this? We cant even imagine 1 part in 1000 parts of a millimeter. You know how far the edge of universe from us. 4 billion light years. Can u imagine one light year? Sunlight takes 8 minutes to reach earth from its source. In one year how much light will travel is called One Light Year. Can u imagine this. In Maths we all say Limit tends to Infinity without which maths is not there. What is this infinity ? We say the Super Intelligent God as something above these things which is known to Man. Such an entity dont need anything from us. Dont need a son or wife or place in this universe. We should understand & define God. Islam says each & every individual is accountable for his own actions. No one can bear or will be asked to answer for other's actions.
