Error in Java "Intaller cannot proceed with the current Internet Connection Proxy Setting" what do I do?

Whenever I try to install Java the above error comes. What is the solution. I've tried many times and don't know how to solve the problem.

This means you are not connected fast enough to the server. Dial -up will not download java based anything, because the speed is so slow. This is if you are trying to install a game or music player.

In an application are you trying to connect to a server that runs java?
