Ruler Lady, would it damage your faith if it was possible to show that your belief in God is (a) located in the frontal lobe and (b) can be manipulated, producing religious experiences. Would you lie down and volunteer yourself to have you frontal lobe tweeked such that you feel like you do in the choir loft on Ester Sunday? How would this neurological feature effect your faith?

Nope. God and Jesus will carry me through it, and anyhow they're the ones making the good feelings.

Actually we all stay away from tweaking and we wish you had. There is enough problems in this world now created by such satanic manipulation. The nearest mirror will confirm my words.

Oh yes, you must be talking about the Wernicke's area, or the Brocha region. If stimulated with electricity, either one can cause the subject to hear voices. I would say no it would not cause me to lose faith. The burning bush speaking to Moses was actually glowing with the electric fire. Funny how things work out like that. It also seems the Ark of the Covenant and the mercy seat seem to be conductors of some type.

Both were used to speak to God, and both used electricity. Thanks for reaffirming my faith, atheist dog sneeze.

EXO 37:7 And he made two cherubims of gold, beaten out of one piece made he them, on the two ends of the mercy seat;
EXO 37:8 One cherub on the end on this side, and another cherub on the other end on that side: out of the mercy seat made he the cherubims on the two ends thereof.

And then we read things like:

2SA 6:2 And David arose, and went with all the people that were with him from Baale of Judah, to bring up from thence the ark of God, whose name is called by the name of the LORD of hosts that dwelleth between the cherubims.

The voice of God dwelling between the cherubims.... you don't say?

Can you tweak any lobes to make me feel like I'm having sex constantly? Now that would be useful.
