I don't know if you can lose that much weight in that amount of time safely... but limiting your calories and exercising will help you lose weight. Try writing down everything you eat and how many calories you consume, that will make you aware of how much you really are eating.

I am not sure that 35 lbs in 2 months is realistic but I would suggest doing the raw food diet and the master cleanse (i.e. the lemonade diet). I have been doing this for almost 2 weeks, along with going to the gym 3-4 times a week and have lost 6 lbs in this short amount of time. Here is a good website to check out :

How about 20lbs; that would be a bit more reasonable. Cut way back on sugar, drink lots of water and eat whole wheat pasta and bread instead of white.

3500 calories equal one pound. restrict ur food intake alot and increase ur exercise alot. it is possible if u develop an eating disorder although it isnt recommended by doctors and isnt accepted by society and it is dangerous and can kill you.
