Okay, there's this guy I know a *friend* but I like him and he says he likes me, he's some older than me, we have known each other for a while, we never hardly talked or seen each other that much before untill here lately, we see each other here and there, text each other and I go over at his house and watch movies together but there's a thing I don't get, sometimes if we are gonna meet up he says he will call me later and a few times he hasn't... what does that mean? does it mean that he's not really interested or what? does it mean anything? guys please help me out! thanks!

It just means he doesn't always do what he says he is going to, he could be forgetful or absent minded or busy for that matter.

Don't read to much into it - means nothing. Guys get caught up and distracted. If you hang out together regularly despite this, then there is no problem.
