Do I need a visa?

Ok, i want to go to france again, but when i first visited this past summer, i had no visa. this summer, my grandparents are planning on taking us to the brdering countries, and i was wondering if i need a visa made so that i can get out of france to visit other countries? will someone please make this clear for me?

You do but to make sure go and call your travel agency.

If you are a US citizen, you don't need visa.
