It's a matter of having your hair cut into those layers and them you can chose a product for your hair.

You need to get the hair layered into a modern mullet before you even try anything.
As for the product, PPS Matt Mudd, or Keune Fibre Wax.
Mix both of them together for a better hold.

OK after blow drying your hair get your flat iron and pull upwards. Then spray with some good hair spray. Try the aquage and big sexy hair spray they are the best. Then to get the cool spikey effect use some paste to seperate it so it doesnt look stuck together you know. I hope that helps some.

Well go to the hair salon tell them to cut your hair like this and ask them what to you put on so it can stay like this.well I think u straighten it then hairspray or hair gel.

you need to take this picture to a cosmetologist...hopefully they will put in all these layers with a razor....and you will need a flat iron and some pomade or good stuff to seperate some pieces....hope this is helpful.
