35 years is very long. Do u want to stop? that's why u want to talk to someone? Well I think yourself! Ask yourself (a)" Do I feel happy this way?"(b) do I hate myself? (c)do I want help? (d)should I keep on dressing this way? If u answer yes to a,&d then do u, but if you answer yes to b&c, go to your parents or close relative and ask them if they will accept this kind of behaviour. I f they hate the idea and U can't change for no one just hang out with people who do the same thing u do. I mean what else can u do its been 35 long years.

While Irene G has a good answer, there is a point that needs to be answered, and only you can do so. What pleasure do you get from it? You might also ask yourself why this now bothers you? This is usually driven by a fantasy that a person has, or a desire to be someone else that they are not. To me, the best answer is what value do I find in this, and if there is not any, any more, then cease doing it. You are who you are, be that male or female, and the world around you is best off if you would be that person. If you are female, find pleasure in being a woman. You bring a beauty to the world, and a daintiness, that makes life for all around you that much better. If you are a male, then the masculinity of a man again, makes the world a better place for all. The strength of a man is an important force that others desire to see in action. We are all valuable as we are. We all may fantasize about being something else, but when needed by others around us, we need to be what we are, and add that strength to those around us. A woman who is sure of herself, and is comfortable with that is as powerful a force for those who need it as any man could be.

Do an Internet search for your community, try to find an psychological association that serves the area. Usually the association's website listed names of practitioners along with areas of specialty. More than likely, you'll be able to find one that works with issues of the TG/TS/TV/CD.

If unable to locate one; try a community referral service for mental health practitioners
Best of luck.
