I used to drink up to 12 cans a day of Diet Coke. I was seriously addicted! But my New Year's Resolution was to get off caffiene and I'm happy to say that I no longer drink caffinated sodas.
Since discovering that I could get off caffiene, I've been considering all of the other terrible things in soda: the fizzy water (causes osteoperosis) and sugar substitutes (neurotoxins).
But I can't drink high calorie juices and such because I'm also trying to loose weight.
This has left me to drink a lot of water.
So, I'm wondering, is there any alternative to water that doesn't have caffiene, fizzy water, or sugar substitute?
Alternatively, what can you do besides slicing lemons to dress water up.
Thank you.

so don't drink juice.
try making green tea and putting ice cubes in it.
( 0 calories, plus it'll give you energy.)

I'm on a diet 7-Up kick and I drink water as well. No caffeine in diet 7-Up.. but you still have the fizz that I did not know was bad for you? Also the sugar sub's are in it. Have you considere Diet Rite Pure Zero sodas? They are still fizzy, but no caffeine and they use splenda instead of aspartame... Splenda is considered natural and safer.
The comment about Perrier... you really should try that stuff. I love it! I believe it comes in plain, lemon, and lime. My fav. is the lemon. My uncle is a doctor and he said there was some benefit of the natural carbonation found in it.

attempt eating tea, it has no energy, and can be flavored with lemons besides, yet has extra style than water might have with some lemon on the area. additionally, attempt eating those Crystal Lite issues for 5 energy. you may get those to circulate packs which you will make in a water bottle, and it will style great on an analogous time. Hmm... what else... properly, once you drink fruit juices, positioned ice cubes in there so which you're actually not eating as lots notwithstanding if it sounds like it. properly, wish I helped you. ok, buh bye! have relaxing being you! =)

Drink milk.
Don't worry about the fizzies. I got off Diet Coke a couple of years ago and now I drink plain seltzer water. Perrier is the best but the store brand seltzer is fine.

First, let me say congrats on quitting the pop consumption! Well, of course drinking water is excellent. Also, maybe have some ice tea . . . or hot tea - such as green tea, which is very healthy for you. Yeah, avoid drinking large amounts of juice - which contain lots of absorbic acid (Vitamin C) - too much of it is bad for your teeth.
Hope this information helped.

Decaffeinated tea. You can put Splenda in it for flavor. 12 cans? Wow. 5 cans a day and I'm already dizzy.
