Why does this guy stare/glance at me everytime I see him?
We only talked once and we know each other for a couple of months now. Everytime I walk pass him in the hall or when I enter a room he is in, he stares.
Does he think I'm attractive?

Maybe he thinks you're staring and wondering if you find HIM attractive. You know the answer to this question, don't you?
Give him a smile next time, lock eyes with him and give him a slow smile......if you like him. Which you do; obviously.

i have to admit i am the same way. when i find a woman attractive, in body and pretty face, my next approach is to look into her eyes a lil and see if she looks back at me the same way. i dont stare her down like dracula, but i look to see if she smiles or something to see if she may have an interest in me.

well from experience he probably thinks you are cute and wishes he could get up the nerve to talk to you again.. but he doesn't know how you feel about him. if you like him.. since you obviously must at least a little since you are thinking about this and concerned with it... then you should start to talk to him more and get to know him.. instead of just playing his game and having your little staring contests.. good luck!! :)

He sees a hairy mole in your face
He sees your pmiple
Your face is dirty

YES!!! If your not interested then don't smile at him. being polite can lead him into thinking that you feel the same way about him. avoid him as much as you can if your not interested. if you are interested then smile and flirt when you see him

I would assume so, that is usually what it means. You must find him attractive as well if you notice him everytime. :)
