Take six potatoes brown & six red potatoes one onion 1/2 clove of garlic cut up the potatoes until cooked about 20 min with the garlic. Once cool mix 1/4 cup butter milk 1/2 cup mayo one table spoon mustard salt & pepper to taste. Mix all and fold into the potatoe's & garlic Chill for six hours

Warm potato salad with mustard mayonnaise
Serving size: Serves 8
Cooking time: Less than 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
2kg desiree or pontiac potatoes
2/3 cup (100g) toasted pine nuts
2 green onions (green shallots), sliced thinly
1 medium (170g) red onion, chopped finely
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mustard mayonnaise
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1½ cups (375ml) olive oil
1 tablespoon seeded mustard
salt and pepper
NOTE: Mustard dressing can be made a day ahead.
METHOD
Cut the unpeeled potatoes into wedges. Boil or steam potatoes until just tender, drain.
For the mustard mayonnaise, blend or process the egg yolks and vinegar until combined. While motor is operating, gradually add oil in a thin stream until thick and creamy. Stir in the mustard and season with salt and pepper.
Combine the warm potato with the remaining ingredients and the mustard mayonnaise in a large bowl; toss gently.
Not suitable to freeze. Suitable to microwave.
