Any time their breathing is not normal, then they need to see a vet right away. They have these places called emergency vet clinics that are open after hours. A small breathing problem can become a huge breathing problem in a few seconds and should be treated as an emergency! Especially since she has other symptoms at the same time. It would be irresponsible of you, if you love her, not to take her now, while the vet can see her distress.
for example, I picked up this stray puppy one day and when I saw that he was a little sick, we headed for our normal vet's office that was about 10 minutes away. I got two blocks past a different vet's office and the puppy started to turn blue all of a sudden and we turned around and went to the office that was right there. The puppy died before the vet could even get to the door. It was only breathing strange for about two minutes total. So now you see how fast it can go bad. Take her to the ER vet right now or at least call them and see what they say.

From personal experience, sometimes when I have a pinched nerve in my neck, I experience some of the same symptoms. I don't usually feel any pain in my neck, but a while after I am awake and upright, I start feeling a little disturbance in my vision, then it progresses to disorientation and sometimes dizzieness. A couple of times, I've had numbness in my arm, hand. A couple visits to my chiropractor and I'm good as new. You might go to a chiropractor and have it checked out. Hope this helps!

I am really sorry to hear this..... don't let this freak you out but it sounds like what hppened to my germen shorthair pointer last weak. She ended up going blind on thursday and after 4 visits to 3 vet we discovered she had a fungus that was causing some of the problems and cancer that was causing the rest. I would take her in asap. I'm really not trying to freak you out here but my GSP was catching treats midair on wednesday and running into doors thursday. It all started with the same problems you have.

Quite a list of possibilities: vestibular disease, inner ear infection, epilepsy, toxicity (Akitas can have bad neurologic reactions to grocery store-type flea products), cervical neck instability, myastheina gravis, heart disease, brain tumor... spring for the vet visit.

No one here can diagnose your dog, even if they are a tech or licensed vet. It is impossible without exam not to mention also illegal.
Get your dog to a vet asap.
Also do NOT self medicate!!!! you can make matters worse even kill your dog. Do NOT ever give a dog Tylenol, Aleve, Advil...these are VERY toxic to dogs!!!!!!

Sounds like it could be a fever (if she is panting a lot too). A VERY small does of Acetaminophen (tylenol) can bring it down.. don't use ibuprofen (advil) as it is toxic. But I would suggest taking her to the vet as it could be more complicated. Check the whites of her eyes (to make sure you can see lots of blood vessels) and the gums (make sure they are a healthy pink color)-pale gums and if you can't see any blood vessels it is very bad.
