I assume you are asking out of concern for her long term health and not just because of selfish appearance based reasons. If it is for the sake of appearance, move on. If it is for health reasons, then try to only eat healthy around her. Try cooking for her on occassion to see that she has some healthy grub on occassion. Take her out to do physical things, like walking, biking, paddle boating, rock climbing, swimming, handball and tennis. If you want to have a potentially long term relationship with her express to her that you want her to make healthier choices in her life so that she will be around longer. Explain, kindly and lovingly, the benifits of a healthy lifestyle and the hazards of an unhealthy one. But bear in mind nothing you say or do may change her lifestyle. Some people are determined that they are going to live how they choose, regardless of the consequences to their health. Good luck ^_^

i'm telling you this...if she's not what you want, then your still going to find something you don't like after she loses the weight.
btw....it's whats on the inside that counts.
if it's a weight thing, your too young or not mature enough to be with someone who could actually be the best thing thats ever happened to you!
dont let your friends influence your decision.

If you don't care about her enough to change her, then leave if it bothers you that much.
If you do care, then put in the work: research about diet and nutrition and help her to cook her meals. Pay for Jenny Craig, or something similar. Hopefully if you show the initiative - to make her healthy (not just skinny) - then she should start to meet you half way.

Only if her weight is a threat to her life should you bring this up with her.
If it is then go to a doctor with her so you can both figure out what to do .
And make sure your a help and not a hindrence.

Lie to her and tell her that you will appear bigger like Tommy Lee if she does! Size matters to gals you know. Other then that, don't make her have a complex. I would break up with you, she is probably the best thing you will ever have anyway.

start taking her to the park and on walks.
go on "athletic" dates that will give her some exercise.
you can also cook healthy meals for her.
you never know how she will take the news about her weight so if just sneak around things will be ok.

accept her for who she is. you need to ask yourself why you are with her to begin with. or do more activities with her that will motivate her to lose weight and to help get he mind off the stuff that is making her fat.

maybe you both should join a fitness gym like "golds gym", that way you can work out together and motivate each other.
and make a bet on it too. set goals for yourself and her. bodybuilding.com can also help too.

if she doesn't want to lose weight, you will not be able to MAKE her lose it. She has to WANT to lose weight.
