never pamper a dog when it is acting any other way than how you want it to act.
Has he had access to anything chemical? like cleaning supplies or bug killers? I would say as long as he's breathing normal and not acting distressed, then just monitor him until morning when your vet's office opens then take him and tell them everything that happened. If he's really distressed, having difficulty breathing, or has diarrhea or vomiting, call the vet's number and there should be a recording with an emergency number to call after hours.
Keep a close eye on him and good luck!!!!

Dogs see and hear more than humans do. You dog could be trying to tell you something. My doberman went crazy like that when my mom and I got into an accident, my dad had her at home with him and at the exact moment we had the accident (30 minutes from our house) the dog went crazy and started running around looking all over the place, barking and my dad didn't understand until the hospital called him. They are very smart so unless he has gotten into something he is trying to tell you something.

DO NOT PAMPER HIM. If he is foaming at the mouth imediatly get him in his cage, and call the vet. He might have raibies. If he is just paranoid get rid of him. My cousin had a rott and the dog became paranoid and he thought nothing of it and kept the dog, and a few days later he was showering and the dog attacked him.

I might disagree with a earlier remark that male puppies are continually situation. First of all, 2 men can customarily are living in combination extra peaceably than 2 ladies. Their hierarchical constitution is extra outlined and in the event that they do battle it's much less more likely to be to the demise. If one puppy is inclined to publish to the opposite, 2 men can are living in combination simply excellent. However, getting one more puppy would possibly intent disorders, as every extra puppy calls for a curb popularity of the bottom puppy. However, I do believe the remark approximately controlling the puppy. Rottweilers, along side many different operating breeds (doberman pinschers, pitbulls, and so on) are evidently dominant (most commonly, of path) and require an proprietor with a company hand. Of path, this doesn't imply you ought to bodily right the puppy, however he can't be allowed to escape with breaking the principles you put for him. These breeds of puppies generally tend to call for matters, akin to concentration. What I did to set up my dominance with my followed doberman was once to make him paintings for all of the well matters in lifestyles. These breeds have been bred to paintings and so they suppose fulfilled while given a task to do. It does now not ought to be some thing difficult. For instance, I supply my puppy a command earlier than I puppy him (I inform him to take a seat, probably). He have got to take a seat earlier than all his foods. Simple duties like those can aid reestablish probably the most misplaced vigour in your side. Obedience elegance could also be a well suggestion. Find an trainer who specializes in confident reinforcement approaches. Help determine a trusting bond among the puppy and your self. If the puppy has been abused, that is enormously unlucky, he can have a few believe disorders with men and women he demands to paintings on. Obedience elegance will also aid together with his human and different puppy socialization in a atmosphere in which men and women fully grasp your puppy is a puppy and now not a "vicious rottweiler." Owning a robust breed is a giant accountability. I realize it is exasperating, however if you happen to coop him up within you'll simply exacerbate the disorders and emerge as with an excellent higher hindrance in your palms! Rotties require lifelong socialization and if you happen to overlook it, your puppy would possibly emerge as petrified of men and women or increase puppy aggression. Of path you will have to preserve to take him out on every day walks; walks furnish pressure comfort and bonding time for each human and puppy (or a minimum of they will have to!) If you want an instant repair for the pulling I might propose a Gentle Leader head halter or a Sporn harness. Both those paintings particularly good for powerful pullers and aid you get manage of the puppy at the same time you're employed on his coaching. I wish this is helping. Good good fortune!

Sounds like a possible seizure or toxicity (honestly sounds like alot of the marjuana ingestions I've seen). But beyond that please dont listen to Troxies bad advice for giving Benadryl, it is a antihistamine and would have absolutely no effect in this type of situation, and would probably mask the symptoms you need to be monitoring.

Put him in the car and drive out. See if he calms down. Maybe you have a neighbor playing with funny sounds only dogs can hear.
