Breast feeding reduces your risk of contracting breast cancer.
The more babies you feed and the longer you feed them your breast cancer risk go down. My mother breast fed 6 children (3boys/3girls) all to the age of 3 and she is 70 never having had any breast issues. We are all over 40 too. She has been part of a study on women who breast fed. Trust me her family talked nasty about her for years. They all said us kids would have problems with wanting the breast later on in life. I've talked to my siblings and none of us still want to lache on. :)
