Capital "O" Orthodoxy usually means the Eastern Orthodox Church. I assume you mean small "o" orthodoxy, i.e. Trinitarianism.

Trinitarianism posits that the divine unity is comprised of an everlasting perichoresis among three divine persons. I guess you're fishing for the idea that "strict monotheism" views the deity as a monad with no communion of inner life. An impoverished view, relatively speaking.

strict monotheism is the belief in only one true God like the Universal Oneness. God is only one, no truin to be considered. while orthodoxy is the adoption of ancient religious practice like the born again christian in their praise and worship who communicate with God in reverly like King David.
