I think you should respect a lady when speaking around her.

this is for my friend. I am sick of hearing guys speaking foul around ladies at my work. I just want to see if other people agree with me that it is wrong. I am sick of men not respecting women with the respect they deserve. If a man doesn't want to be complacent with that, then tough luck for him getting a beautiful lady!

Personally, as a woman, I'd prefer it if guys don't use foul language around me, to a certain extent anyways. I suppose it depends on the situation as well, but I'd prefer it if guys swears only if it was really necessary...

Guys should not use foul language around anyone. It is unattractive, debasing, degrading and God doesn't like it either. And besides all that, who says other guys like to hear foul language just because they're guys? Hmmmm?

No, I dont think they should. But then again that's one of the things I love so much about my bf, he doesn't use foul language around me, any other girl, or at all!! Yay.

Personally I dont mind it when a guy swears as long as it isnt excessive, since sometimes i do it myself. I guess its becoming more and more acceptable in our culture, like it or not. Sometimes its used in a funny way, and most of the time i dont even notice when a guy swears. Although i prefer he kept it clean when we were alone on a more romantic date, dont want to kill the mood.

No it would be a complete turn off..you should watch your mouth..or else she will be offended by your language. You can only use it to show anger..so if u use it unnecessary it shows that you are an angry man.

Dude at work is a different story. No cursing at work period. Out with friend (assuming you're 30 or below) curse all you want. Hopefully your friend are about having fun and not uptight.
