You can get a vistor/tourist visa. It all comes down to where you are from.

Get a student visa. Get a visitors travel visa. Or get married to someone from the U.S. Chances depend on what country your coming from. All in all, its tough. Also if you have close relatives that helps. Search immigration services or INS. WISH YOU LUCK.

First, try to apply tourist visa.
