hello, i have a 26'' waist and a 37'' hip. is that fat for a model? or is it just fat in general? how can i make my waist 24'' and my hips 34''? please help!!

Models are ridicuously skinny. You are not anywhere near fat, you are nice and slim. In my book, those measurements are perfect!

Also when you lose/gain weight, the measurements will tend to stay proportionate, so you can't go from 26-37 to 24-34, but more to 24-35 or 23-34. However, you certainly don't need to be losing any weight, you should definitely stay as you are.

No dieting OK! lol

Hello, you are not fat by any means. You have curves and apparently very nice ones. Quite honestly I think your measurements are good for a model. May I suggest you don't try to get any smaller, as I fear it could be unhealthy for you.

Diet and cardio exercise....you don't say how tall you are so its hard to tell if your fat or not. I would guess the you aren't if you have such a small waist.
