One thing is don't come on the computer, it would probably give you more of a headache. It gives me one if I'm on too long or if I already have a headache. Listen to some good soothing music you like. Unless it's something like Rock or metal. I like rock but it doesn't help. Makes me feel worse. Listen to country or classical. Classical is the best. Laying down on your bed would help a lot too. I hope you feel better soon. : )

Many people think that getting headaches is just a natural part of life. Not so! There are causes, and thankfully, cures for headaches, even bad ones like migraines. Look into seeing a reputable Chiropractor as many headaches stim from misalignment in the cervical spine area. And if that doesn't do the trick, you can also see an acupuncturist. Good luck!

I don't know about getting rid of it, but you can try using a warm towel or rubbing your temples. The most common cause of headaches is lack of blood flow to your head.
You can try elevating your legs so your blood circulation to your upper body isn't so strained. Give it a nice 5 minutes and see if you feel any better.
The heat from a wet towel also helps blood flow and hopefully bring you some relief.

Can not take meds? Well get a warm cloth put over your eyes and forhead. Make sure the lights are off and no sounds or very low classical music or nature sounds, such as waves etc. Have someone rub your feet and your temples take a warm bath again with no lights on and no noise or smells

here is how you get rid of a headache. get in the shower and make the water as hot as you can stand it. hold your breath as long as you can and let the water hit you in the face. let the water continue hitting you as you exhale. this should relax the tension that is causing the headache. if that doesn;t work take some freakin tylenol.

You should look up headache relief by use of acupressure. Let me caution you though that sometimes this form of relief cannot be used if you are pregnant. See link below.... I'm sure there are other articles out there too. Hope you feel better soon!

Lay in bed with a cold cloth over your eyes. Keep the room as dark and quiet as possible. Try listening to a relaxation tape to get your mind off the pain.
Good Luck....I feel for you and hope you get relief.

If you can't take any medications, try drinking an herbal tea called Ginger tea. This should help with headaches.
