Home Ec. I think guys should know how to cook and girls how to do some things associated with guy things. Some skill which are commonly associated with one sex, or the other shouldn't be that way. Having had to raise two kids after my wife died I could have used more homemaking skills.(other than cooking which I learned in scouts).

Speech communication. Because IT is the most useful thing to advance a job to know how to speak in front of a group.

SPANISH or Other foreign languages
because it is hard to learn in college or university. Everything goes really fast. You don't even have enough times to comprehend, practice and etc.
