She already knows. She sits there and talks with you and she can see things you don't see. So she knows. And they are not going to take you to the crazy house just because you have hate and anger problems. Do you know that just by you saying you have this problem you 50% of the work to deal with it? Well it is.
You need to tell your therapist everything. When you hold stuff back you are only hurting yourself. There is nothing you can say to her that is going to shock her or make you stand out, she has heard it all. Because that's her job, to help you.
I would tell her "I am having some hate and anger issues and I want to deal with them" "I want to know where they are coming from". Try that.

Firstly, what ever you do don't stay calm! That's a sure give away that somethings wrong.
Second, always talk to your therapist like he or she just kicked you in the jewels and they say your ex is taking you for a ride after the session.
Third, Bring weapons to your sessions. They love it when you bring objects that don't relate at all to anger issues.
Lastly, Always, always threaten your therapist with a weapon of some sort even if it is a letter opener, because they think it's cute and your playing with them and when you leave don't pay the fee because they enjoy that!
Are you crazy?!

People are generally not institutionalized unless they are an immediate threat to themselves or others or unless they are being medicated and need to be monitored. Your best move is to tell your therapist what you feel and think and let the therapist make a determination.
If you get institutionalized, then it's for a good reason, and if you're asking, then obviously you have a concern.

You don't have to tell your therapist that. I'm sure they are able to find out themselves. and I also don't think he/she would send you to the "crazy house" unless you DO something crazy or having serious suicidal thoughts. Or any other bad thoughts for that matter. Like killing. Gosh i type so much sometimes, give too much detail.

She probably has guessed that already. And if you hide stuff from your therapist then you are not getting the full benefit. They hear that stuff everyday. Trust her. And NO they don't send you to the "crazy house" for being honest.

you should talk openly and honestly to your therapist, it is the only way he/she can help you. The therapist will only have you committed if you are an immediate danger to yourself or others.

If they have a reason to put you in crazy house, then you should be.

Just tell her so she can help you.. what is the point of going to see her if you are not honest? Nobody is going to lock you up!
