I'm pretty sure that most commercial airlines will charter jets for large groups. I know for sure that British Airways charters Boeing 747 to groups of 250 or more. I'm just not sure if they do this everywhere. My cousin had inquired about chartering a jet from Manchester UK to New York, USA, and they told him that they would give him a 747 if he had 250 or more people. I suggest just calling around to airlines that you know operate 747's and see what's involved in charter flights with them.

Consider using two smaller planes, depending on where you're flying, since some airports aren't rated for 747's. Also, if these 300 passengers represent the bulk of your companies' employees, it would be wise to separate them into two equal groups in case of an accident, etc. The charter agent can help you determine which airliner will best meet your needs and give you a price quote.

There are quite a few charter airlines, try Xtra Airways. Their fleet consists of 737's, so you may have to request 2 aircraft. You can request a quote from their website.
