if you use a whitening toothpaste it is supposedly meant to take up to three weeks faster to whitern your teeth than if you use normal toothpaste. You can also buy this stuff called whitener, or whitening gel. It's this stuff that you use the supplied brush in the bottle to apply it to your teeth. you do it every day until you get the desired white colour for your teeth. and if you're really wanting to go the whole 10 yards, you can always go to the dentist and ask them to bleach you teeth... they do it sometimes after people have their braces off, cos some people have little white squares in their yellowish teeth, after their braces ahve been removed. a few of my friends have had that done, and they reckon its totally worth it. you can definitely tell the difference!!

Brushing won't really make them white. The dentist is the best place to get them whitened but is expensive. I've also heard good things about the CREST Whitening Strips, which are less expensive but still not cheap.

Buy the toothpaste that has baking soda in it, it works great. Brush your teeth in the morning, after you eat, and before you go to bed. Be careful of prescription mouth washes because they can color your teeth.

THE BEST THING TO DO
IS TO CONSULT A DENTIST BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW IF THESE YELLOWISH STAINS ARE EXTRINSIC (ON THE SURFACE OF THRE TEETH) OR INTRINSIC (FROMTHE INSIDE OF THE TEETH).
IF THE STAINS ARE EXTRINSIC, A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING MAY RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.

try not to use whitening thoothpaste unless desperate becuase they can cause pimples on your chin. Or, you could whiten your teeth. If you do, just use one strip every 1 or 2 months.
